It says on on side of the can "Peanut Butter Purchased By The U.S. Department Of Agriculture A Section 32 Commodity For Distribution To Needy Families And Other Eligible Outlets Not To Be Sold Or Exchanged Net Weight 2 Pounds October 1963"  On the other side it says "Peanut Butter Store In A  Dry Place At Temperatures Between 32 and 70 Degrees F.
